No Returns for Incorrect Size

• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before checkout.

• Size charts are provided for guidance; please review them carefully prior to placing your order.

Returns for Damaged Items Only

• Returns are accepted only if the item is received damaged.

• To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

Return Approval

• All return requests are subject to inspection and approval.

• If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items will not be accepted for return if:

  • Damage is reported after 48 hours

  • The product shows signs of use or wear

  • The damage is caused by misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear

How to Report a Damaged Item
